Available from 3rd July to 8th September, shorter length can be considerred (minimum 1 month)

Available from 20th July, no maximum stay, minimum 3 months.

Housemates are affiliated with Lancaster Uni/ researcher / young professional.

Suitable for students, visiting scholars, hospital staffs :)

All bills included (reasonable usage)
fast true fibre broadband/wifi.

Can provide bedding / towels, essential kitchen utensils etc :)
Downstairs - Large kitchen and dining room. Also, a large cellar which is in the process of becoming a home cinema /entertainment room, currently storage space. Also a spacious patio garden with a swing.

Upstairs - refurbished shower and large bath

Location:

Street parking available. House is in a desirable location, bus stops, post office, local spar, takeaways, pubs, hairdressers, post office and the University of Cumbria all within a 2-minute walk, only a 10-15 minutes walk to the town center and hospital, 20 minutes walk to the train station.

Less a min to the bus stop. On bus route to Lancaster university, centre or Morecambe beach.
