The property is in a great location, with bus stops at the end of the road to Lancaster city centre and Lancaster University. Lancaster city centre is only 30 min walk away whilst Lancaster University is about 20 min walk away. Free on-road parking is also available.

The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table/desk, with plenty of space for storage. Rooms have individual locks for privacy. The house has a spacious living room with Sky TV with a flexible dining space. Fully equipped kitchen contains all expected amenities (microwave, toaster, etc.), with plenty of cupboard space and fridge freezer. Washing machine and dish washer are also available. Bathroom has both bath and shower. Property has unlimited broadband with Wi-Fi.

Rent is £450 per month for the single room. Rent includes all bills (including council tax, TV licence, WiFi). You will need your own personal contents insurance for your own belongings. Deposit is £200, refunded at the end of the tenancy. Property is no-smoking.

Current household is three professional males.. We are easy to get along with and are looking for a friendly and considerate professional who would like to live in a relaxed and respectful living environment. We treat the house like a home and expect new tenants to do the same. Household cleaning in communal areas is shared between everyone but we also have a cleaner visiting every fortnight
