A double room in a recently eco-renovated 1970s semi. You would be sharing with the retired female, vegan owner.
The room is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair and bookshelves.
You would have shared use of the kitchen, living-room, bathroom, separate toilet and garden.
There's on-street parking and EV charging is available by arrangement. There is also bike storage space in the garage.
There are frequent bus services to Lancaster Uni and city centre.
