I run my own business and spend some of my time away.
The property is near to the train station (12 minutes walking distance) town centre (16 minutes).
Bus stop to & from the station and centre is situated within 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
The University bus pick up point, is within 5 minutes walking distance.
On street no permit Parking available.
Looking for tidy, polite, friendly, respectful, hardworking people.
The rooms are avaliable for a minimum of 3/6months stay... longer terms agreeable on an additional monthly basis.
If you wish to let your chosen room the deposit of £650 is required within 24hrs following your viewing.
