There is a Seperate shower room available situated on lower ground level, withinnmy live in quarters.

The property is 5 bedroom however I only let 2/3 of the rooms.
The street is a pleasant friendly yet quiet area to live.
The house is very near to the train station (8 minutes walking distance) town centre (16 minutes).
We are on the bus route with stops to & from the station and centre is situated within 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
The University bus pick up point, is within 5 minutes walking distance.
Free on street Parking.
Looking for tidy, polite, friendly, respectful, hardworking people.
The rooms are avaliable for a preferable minimum of 3 months+ stay...shorter & longer terms optional after initial 3 months.
If you wish to secure your chosen room a deposit of one months rent of £640 is required within 48hrs following your viewing.
Weekly rental charge £160 per week
Virtual viewings can be arranged if in person isn't possible.
