Looking for a replacement tenant - double ensuite!

I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over a lovely accommodation double bedroom with ensuite! The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, study desk, and ample storage space including an excellent wardrobe/drawer. The shared facilities feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine and dryer) where you can cook and socialise with friendly housemates :) It is an all girl house, who are all clean, tidy, and welcoming girls. The only requirement is as it is only females living in the house, only a female tenant is what I am looking for.

Rent covers all utility bills including electricity, water, heating, and high-speed internet, with a council tax exemption/discount. Plus, every bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TV'S, giving you access to live TV, Netflix, Youtube, Spotify... etc.

The house is conveniently located close to a corner shop, town and public transport:
10 minute walk to common garden street
15 minute walk to the bus station
10 minute walk to city centre
17 minute walk to the train station
Further, it is located on a quiet and safe street.
