Room available at Luneside Student Accommodation

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Luneside Student Accommodation (it is an all girls flat so I can only offer the room to a girl) £145 per week for 51 weeks starting 21st Sept 2024 (paid in 4 instalments), all bills included. I'm also offering £700 to take it off my hands. I’ve lived here for 2 years but unfortunately am no longer able to continue my study.

The room is on the top floor (with elevator access) and is in excellent condition, has an ensuite and small double bed with a large wardrobe and desk area. The kitchen is big and shared between a total of 5 students with a full-length fridge and freezer, electric oven, dining table and communal seating area with a TV. There is a free onsite gym, parking, laundry services, cinema room, games area and plenty of spaces to study and socialise. Lancaster town centre, Lancaster bus station, and large supermarkets are all less than a 10 minute walk away and the number 4 bus stops right outside, which is very handy when travelling to and from uni.
