Double bedroom

A large single bedroom available for rent, long or short term, in agreement with the landlord.
The room is a decent size for a single bedroom.
There is also a much larger double room available if you prefer more space.
I am looking to rent only one of the rooms out so you have a choice.
The home has a large shared bathroom and also a separate toilet and sink, handy for busy times.
Galley kitchen, well equipped.
Fridge freezer x2, microwave x2.
Kettle and toaster is in the bedroom .
I am an easy going older chap who is used to sharing, so understands that communal areas need to be respected and kept clean and tidy by all.
I like to read, play guitar, enjoy the outdoors, go on holiday frequently, am sociable and respectful.
I have an old dog who, in my humble opinion, is adorable. He is no bother, doesn't bark much (he is now almost deaf and has poor vision).
He is house trained and just like to be kept company really.
I eat a healthy diet, not much meat and a little fish, mostly plant based meals to be fair. But am happy sharing with an omnivore.
Looking for an easy going flatmates, long term preferred but not essential, if someone needs a room short term then I am happy to help with this also.
