Location : it is very centrally located. Town centre, supermarket ( Sainsbury’s), Train and Bus Station is of walking distance of 5-7 minutes. Bus station is just outside the property.
Car Park: comes with an allocated car park.
Availability: Available now for long term. Can start with 6 months or so.
Rent: would prefer to go for all inclusive. But, can discuss and open to just rent option as well. Rent only will be £650 per calendar month. All inclusive will be £850 which includes room rent, council tax, gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and Netflix subscription.
