Situated at Alexandra Road, Lancaster, this is a sizeable room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, mirror, bedside table and lamp. All bills are included- Broadband too. The landlord (myself) is a friendly British man in his late 40s who works and is out much of the time. There is a shared living-room, and the kitchen has cooker, microwave and washing machine. You have your own fridge, separate from mine. The bathroom has a bath only: no shower. The house is situated 20 mins walk from Lancaster City centre and 25 mins walk from the train station. There is a corner-shop and off-licence about 6 minutes walk away, and bus-stops nearby too. There is also a space for your bicycle. It's a quiet street, as this end is a cul-de-sac and not much traffic. On-street parking, but it's usually quite easy. I can provide bedding and crockery, kitchen items etc if you need them.
