I’m looking for someone to take a spare room in the house I just moved into located in St George's Quay, Lancaster.
I currently live on my own and occupy the top floor ensuite bedroom. 1 Double bedroom available on middle floor – therefore, would have (mostly) sole use of the main bathroom.
The house is a short walk from Lancaster City Centre and has a dedicated parking area behind it. The M6 is also very close providing easy access North/South.
Bedroom: Fully furnished as shown - any unwanted furniture can be stored in third bedroom. Extra cupboard also in there if you need more storage space.
Bathroom: Middle floor main bathroom mostly unused.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen comes with oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, air fryer, microwave, kettle and kitchenware.
Parking: There is a dedicated parking area with 2 spots available for the house (1 available for use)
