There's only me + my dog (Henry) living here so looking to help bring down costs and offer out the spare room! Fair warning although the area is quiet there are a few dogs that bark and when they do Henry will always join in unfortunately... He's still young and hoping to train him out of this eventually.

Good transport links to town, number 7 bus stops anywhere you need on the road :)

Kitchen amenities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, electric hob, fan oven, toaster, blender, fridge freezer, yadda yadda yadda...

Shared living room: There is a TV that can be used for streaming.

Upstairs 3 piece bathroom with over bath shower.

Strictly no recreational drugs in the house as l am in recovery. Alcohol is fine as long as it’s not outrageous! 💃🏻

I am an enthusiastic yapper but l am respectful of others boundaries, energy levels, and privacy (just tell me to shut up yapping, I won't take it personally). Happy for whoever moves in to have people over socially whenever and to occasionally sleep over, just let me know in advanced so I don’t wake up to a stranger in the house please 😂

I struggle with fatigue at times but l am very aware of how this can impact others so will have times where I keep myself to myself but will always communicate that with you!

I have a 10mo. old Schweenie (Shih-Tzu X Dachshund) called Henry. You won’t be responsible for his care but it is imperative you actively like dogs - this isn't negotiable sorry! Happy for people with pooches to come and live here. Small animals are also okay but would need to be kept in the room as Henry has a high prey drive.

Looking for someone who is either a fellow queer or an ally to the community as it may be an uncomfortable situation if you're opposed to that lifestyle. 😅🏳️‍🌈

Bills Included: Energy, Broadband, Water, Council Tax, Rental Fee, TV License.

I have building insurance and contents insurance which would cover necessity items
(e. g. clothing, general personal belongings, etc), if you have any pricier belongings (e. g.
£250+) these will not be covered and you would have to take out your own contents insurance if you so wished.
