Perfect if you work long or odd hours or like to keep to yourself. Working professionals, active holiday maker, visiting academic, or quiet student preferred. Short lets considered.

An 8 minute walk from the train station and number 4 bus routes into the city, and very close to main road routes into Morecambe and beyond. 5 mins walk from the River Lune and about 15 mins from Sainsbury's. About 15 mins drive from Lancaster University.
There are 2 corner shops nearby: Morrison's and Spar so you can stock up on the essentials.
A Halfords for bike repairs, and a gym about 20 mins walk from here. 15 mins walk from Lancaster town centre with castle and shops all very close by.
