Lancaster Room Available at the Centre of Town

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly house as the third roommate in our lovely 3-bedroom home at 67A Penny Street.

The available bedroom is very spacious, with plenty of room for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and extra storage, making it ideal whether you’re studying, working, or just want a comfortable place to relax.

The house has a bright, modern, and cosy living room, perfect for unwinding after a long day, watching films, chatting with housemates, or simply enjoying some downtime. It’s a welcoming space that really makes the house feel like home.

There are 2 large, well-maintained bathrooms, so there’s never much waiting around, even during busy mornings.

The current housemates are friendly, sociable, and outgoing. We enjoy spending time together from time to time, whether that’s having a chat in the living room or grabbing food together, but we also completely respect each other’s privacy, personal space, and boundaries. Whether you’re someone who enjoys socialising or prefers your own quiet time, you’ll feel comfortable here.

The rent is £125 per week, and we’re looking for someone to take over the room before August.
