Hello, I’m a full-time student, looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a self-contained 1-bedroom flat for the next academic year. I have extended a contract for the 2026-2027 but changed mind to move out to town.

- Spacious double bedroom
- Private bathroom with shower over bath
- Separate kitchen area, joint lounge and dining area
- Direct lift access via rooftop walkway
- EPC rating A, council tax band A

2. Additional Information
- Washing machines on the ground floor of the building
- Couples are allowed to live (maximum two ppl), if both couple are student, no need to pay council tax.

3. Rent
- Roughly £280 per week

4. Contract period
- 26th September 2026 to 13th September 2027 (50-week contract)
- Move-in date can be adjusted depending on the new tenant’s schedule.

5. The person who can take the contract over needs to be a:
- Full-time Postgraduate student
- Person who does not have an accommodation agreement with Lancaster University accommodation, or with any of our partners for the Summer Vacation
