Tenancy length:51 weeks, for the 2026/27 academic year
Rent:£175 per week, reduced from £185 per week
Deposit: £99
Payment: Rent can be paid in monthly instalments
Eligibility: Students only, subject to approval by the accommodation provider

The tenancy transfer will be completed through the official replacement tenant process. The accommodation provider will handle the contract, so this is not an informal or private sublet.
