URGENT Student Tenancy Takeover in Lancaster

The room is a classic studio for students full time students 18 and over who are studying at the University of Cumbria in Lancaster or University of Lancaster. Students must have a Guarantor if they wish to takeover this classic studio.

The weekly payment for this studio accommodation is £171 per week with all bills included.

A £250 non-refundable advanced rent payment to secure your booking and will be deducted from your first rent payment.

⚠️ I am not living in the classic studio nor have I ever lived in it. I have booked it in however I do not plan on staying in Lancaster or attending a University in Lancaster. ⚠️

I went for a viewing, landlord stated the room will have a deep clean once the room has been cleared out.

The room contains a 3/4 bed, a small private kitchenette, desk, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom.

The place is located in Lancaster city centre at 99-101 Penny street. It is excellent for University of Cumbria as it is an 18 minute walk to the Uni. There is a bus stop right outside too for students who wish to use the bus or students who are attending Lancaster Uni.
