Freehold has everything - friendly and respectful neighbours, city access while being quiet and green spaces abundantly.
The house has a shared reception / dining room, main living room and separate room used for an office and can have further seating and tv in. This enables socialisation when wanted and the opportunity to relax privately outside of your bedroom if preferred. It has a low maintenance garden, kitchen with lots of storage (1 fridge freezer, 1 fridge and 1 large freezer) and a dishwasher, utility room with downstairs WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. The main shared bathroom has a shower and bath.
The bedroom available is large enough for a double but currently has a single bed in. It can be offered part furnished or not, depending if you have your own you wish to bring. It’s located on the 1st floor, while the existing tenants are on the 2nd.
Both existing tenants work from home so this would suit best an individual who doesn’t also need further office space.
There is a greyhound also occupying; he’s called Ace, an ex-racer who spends 23 hours a day sleeping on his bed in the living room. He’s not allowed in the kitchen or upstairs to any of the bedrooms. You would not be expected to carry out any of his care but he’s there for fusses and walks if you like.

Current tenants are a couple who rent from lovely landlady who lives next door.
This is our home not “just a house” so we are seeking the right person to share it with and part time is preferred over full time.
