We have a place to let in our property - it is a half basement flat, large bedroom and private en-suite wet room, your own front door and own kitchen dinner (in which we only come down to use the washing machine a couple of times a week). There is a separate kitchen upstairs which we use. Otherwise the flat is private and you have your own entrance.

We are family with children living in the main part of the house and so the flat is for females only.

Furnished, bills included* and a 5 minute walk to Royal Lancaster Infirmary and a 10 minute walk to the center of Lancaster. On street parking. Recently renovated. WiFi included. Sorry no students (unless placement based course).
