2. The flat has been newly refurbished (new kitchen and new bathroom) and it is a walking distance from the university (if you enjoy walking).
3. The flat is very clean with laminate flooring and it is warm (with double glazing) and cosy.
4. Some bills are included and I am open to negotiations.
