Sharing with 1 male and 2 females the rent includes all bills and a basic sky tv package with wireless internet connection. The only additional cost is if you have a car and need parking, there is a residents parking scheme in place and the cost for an annual permit is £25. The room has a 3/4 bed, and the house is lovely.
