We have a double, well presented and maintained room coming available in this lovely house share. We take great pride in ensuring our tenants are happy and the place is well looked after.

The rental includes use of shared bathroom (due to be fully renovated this summer) garden and a large open plan kitchen/dinning/living space on the ground floor. There is access to a washing machine and broadband Internet.

The house is located a 5 minute walk from the city centre and 2 minute to the nearest bus stop. There is on street parking to the front of the property in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. To the rear we have a charming enclosed garden area great for the summer!

This is a friendly and relaxed household, we welcome any like minded person looking to join a pleasant house share that is respectful and homely.
