The house is in a really great location for the hospital and University of Cumbria. and Lancaster Uni. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with residential parking outside. A few minutes walk from the hospital and the University of Cumbria and bus stops very nearby for Lancaster University.. Just 5 mins walk from town.
The room is a good sized double.
The house has TWO BATHROOMS (so no delays in the morning) and all expected appliances including heat pump dryer and huge fridge/freezer.
We would prefer a quieter tenant or student as often tenants are doctors/nurses at the hospital and work nights and others are studying for PhDs or young working graduates. Please note I am afraid the room is not available until 28 October.
