This beautiful house is in the popular Freehold area which is only 5 minutes from Lancaster city centre and has a great mix of students, families and professionals. Plenty of local corner shops and pubs in the neighbourhood and close to Williamson Park.

The house is light and airy with a great open plan shared living space downstairs: a large living room and an equally large stunning kitchen with a range cooker, washing machine, 2 large fridges, and plenty of room for a dining table and chairs. French doors open onto the patio and the wonderful large mature west-facing garden. Fantastic views of the castle and over Morecambe Bay to the Lake District fells. Great for bike enthusiasts, as the house has its own private side alley for secure bike storage.

We are looking for housemates who do not smoke and who are clean and tidy and will respect our beautiful former family home.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath plus overhead shower, loo and basin, the other with a large walk-in shower, loo and basin. There are two further double bedrooms on the second floor. There is central heating throughout. The hall downstairs has ample storage space for coats, shoes etc.

The rent includes council tax, utility bills, television licence and superfast broadband. The deposit is £500 per person.
