This is a brand new house so everything is newly fitted and decorated. The garden is south facing and newly landscaped which provides a wonderful area for relaxation and plenty of sun.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with an abundance of trees and nature that flock to the garden.

There is on-street parking available but no allocated parking space.

I am a live-in landlady and looking for a professional housemate who is respectful, clean and tidy. I would like to share my space with someone who takes care of their own health and wellbeing. I'm friendly and sociable but also appreciate if somebody prefers their own space.

The double bedroom comes with a king-size ottoman storage bed with memory foam mattress, 8-drawer chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. You will not struggle for storage here!
The garage had a utility area and also a gym area with workout bench and weights that you're welcome to use.

You'll have exclusive use of the family 3-piece bathroom as I have my own ensuite.

I have an affectionate indoor cat who loves cuddles, liking cats is an ABSOLUTE MUST!

This is a stunning property, which I take a lot of pride in. You'll be hard pressed to find another listing as lovely as this in the area.
