This is a new house so everything is newly fitted and decorated. The garden is south facing and newly landscaped which provides a wonderful area for relaxation and plenty of sun. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded my trees.

There is off road parking available for 1 car.

I am a live-in landlady and looking for a professional housemate who is respectful, clean and tidy. I would like to share my space with someone who takes care of their own health and wellbeing. I'm friendly and sociable but also appreciate if somebody prefers their own space.

The double bedroom comes with a king-size ottoman storage bed with memory foam mattress, 8-drawer chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, desk, office chair and bedside table with lamp. You will not struggle for storage here!
The garage is converted to a home gym with workout bench, spin bike, wide array of dumbells, sand bags and more which you are welcome to use.

You'll have exclusive use of the family 3-piece bathroom as I have my own ensuite.

I have an affectionate indoor cat who loves cuddles, liking cats is a must and a commitment to keeping the cat indoors.
