Double room in Todmorden

Hello! I have a double room available to rent in my house in Todmorden. It's located around 20 mins walk from the centre/train station. There are lots of beautiful walks on the doorstep and a little shop close by. Centre Vale park is about a 10 minute walk.

I work from home 3 days a week, and I have a cat called Howard who is really friendly and sweet, it's his home so liking pets is a must!!

I enjoy running, reading, music, I love DIY and always have a project going on.

It would be nice to be friends with a housemate, although I completely understand the need for space and do enjoy my alone time, but would like to live with someone who I can enjoy a glass of wine and watch a film with, or go out for a pub quiz! I keep the house clean and tidy but equally I dont get annoyed if a cup or a plate is left out! (The house has a dishwasher though which is great)

The room is a double with a king size bed, drawers, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, shelves and I can also put a desk in there if you wfh 😀 there's also a tv if you need one!

There is no garden but front and side little yard area with a table and chairs. Smoking is fine outside. On street parking is available and isn't a struggle.

Im really laid back and friendly, the room hasn't been occupied for the past 18 months as I've been renovating the house, but I do have references from my friends who lived here before.

Bills are included, and there is fast WiFi.
