I have a large double room with an en-suite shower and toilet. The room has its own lounge area with a couch and a Sky Glass TV, with Netflix, Prime channels, etc. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A desk and office chair with a desktop computer, storage space and a King Size bed. It is on the top floor. My area is the first floor of the house, and the main kitchen is shared with a Ninja kettle, coffee maker, slow cooker, and air fryer. There is an upright freezer and a fan-assisted oven. Also, a washing machine and dryer. It is in a quiet area of Lytham, about one minute’s walk from the seafront. The rent is £650 pcm, and that includes all bills. For couples, the rent is £725.00 to cover the cost of the extra bills. I am looking for a quiet, respectable housemate who is clean and takes pride in his/her/their home.
