Broadband belongs to one of my residents, who is willing to share with co-tenants and a small monthly contribution will be collected as part of the rent. The house has TV licensing too.

Would appreciate everyone using the common places, equipments and facilities respectful of others and keep it clean at all times!

The house is very close to many corner shops, Tesco, Subway, fish & chips Co-Op bus routes and such..
