One bedroom to rent full access to house /garden

You have a choice of either of the two rooms I have spare. One is a box room suited to someone with few possessions. Clean, tidy and warm. The other is larger and could house a couple but I'll only rent to one person. Again, clean tidy and warm. I am live in landlord and quiet, with a house cat so no pets I'm afraid. There is a shared bathroom / wet room and kitchen and choice of downstairs living rooms. I am VERY quiet and expect someone who respects this and is the same. If you're one of those who blares music out all day and night or has the TV blaring all hours or mad about gaming until 3am - we will not get along. I will only share with females; I find men too difficult to share my home with - too untidy and noisy. Includes all bills. Call to discuss. Need references, secure employment and clean and tidy. I'm sociable but will leave you to your own devices as you'd expect. The cat might not....
