The house is a charming victorian terrace on a tree lined street in Poulton. Quiet neighbours and on street parking.

The house is close to the fishermans cottages in Poulton. Town centre & pedder st is 5 minutes walking. Train station 10 minutes walking

The rent includes council tax, water rates, Internet and most of the general house bills including gas central heating and hot water.
Electricity is on a key meter.

The flat is furnished with the basics: sofa & table, bed wardrobe, chest of drawers. Kitchen has electric cooker & fridge freezer with access to small yard that gets the afternoon sun,

Preferably cat friendly as we have a gorgeous calico that lives here too.
