I have two rooms available in a large terraced house in Bare, Morecambe, less than a minute's walk from the promenade.

Room 1
A very large first-floor double room with sea views from the side of the bay window. Ideal for someone who appreciates plenty of room.

Room 2
A medium-sized double bedroom with the added benefit of a separate medium-sized study/lounge room, offering extra space for working from home, relaxing or hobbies.

Both rooms are located on the first floor, along with a bathroom shared between the two rooms.

I'm hoping to create a friendly, balanced household with a good mix of people who are considerate, independent and respectful of shared spaces.

As I occasionally travel and may be away from the property for periods of time, I'd particularly welcome housemates who are responsible enough to help with simple tasks such as putting the bins out and letting me know if any issues arise while I'm away.
