I have a quite large double room available in my Victorian terraced property in a quiet area of Morecambe opposite Regent Park. On a regular direct bus route to Lancaster etc.. but direct drive which is easy now the Gateway is operating! It has a lot of the original features and I am going to renovate to a high quality. It is a double room with t. v. broadband etc. Friendly easy going house.
Kitchen washing machine, range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, retro fridge freezer. Outside sitting area, drying area. There is a shared living room, also a separate living/dining room with t. v if required.
The house has adequate parking outside and contains all the necessary mod cons.
This is ideal for workers at the Heysham Power station which is just down the road.

I want someone who is respectful to the home, trustworthy and honest ideally
with a good sense of humour :-) All bedding and towels are provided. Smoking
is permitted outside
