. I have a recently decorated room for rent with a sunny south facing aspect .

. Brand new double bed and mattress.

. Furnished with a chest of 5 drawers , a small wardrobe and bedside drawers with lamp.

. The house is shared with myself only and my friendly pet Labrador ( who’s very quiet)

. There’s off / on street parking in a quiet residential area and also on a bus route to Preston City centre / Leyland.

. Shared bathroom with shower over bath .

. Reasonable size kitchen with gas hob but no dishwasher available.
. Air fryer / slow cooker available for use.

. Your own freezer and use of shared fridge.

. Shared living room with myself.

. Sunny conservatory overlooking the garden with comfortable seating and office desk / chair ( or desk could be used in the bedroom )

. Garden with table and comfortable chairs and log burning chimenea . Bird table adorned with wild bird food . ( I’m a nature lover) 😊

. I have an elderly Labrador who’s very quiet and laidback these days.

I’m looking for someone who’s reasonably tidy and respectful , working and who’s easy to get along with.
