Each rooms is furnished with a bed (double bed in double rooms), wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers. The house has central heating as well as being double glazed. Parking for 2 cars and a low-maintenance garden.

Available for the 2026-27 academic year. £125 per week for double room, £115 per week for single room. Bills are included in the rent (subject to fair usage policy).
