I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out, one is currently occupied by an easy going 31 yr old male edge hill teacher. quiet, clean and polite who's no trouble at all.
the room here for available has a brand new mattress on the bed and is freshly valetted.
the rooms upstairs as shown have a shower room/wc between them, i have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.
looking for someone working or an MA student or above.. its just a quiet peacefull house to rest up not a mad house! :)
deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.
