Spacious Bungalow, Easy Going Housemate

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy going to share my lovely, spacious bungalow.

It’s a great sized property with plenty of living space, good parking and a garage. It’s also ideally located for easy access to the motorway network.

A little about me. I’m 52, self employed, working in weddings as a singer, host and photographer. I’m pretty laid back, enjoy the gym, motorbikes and a quiet, relaxed home life.

I also have three friendly cats who are outdoor cats, so although they come and go, you’ll need to be happy having cats around!

I’m looking for someone who’s easy to get along with, respectful of each other’s space and happy to make themselves at home.

Rent is exclusive of bills, which we’ll share.
