Professionals preferred, basic furnished double room available in quiet, clean and tidy house in Preston less ten minutes walk from central shops and train station with parking and good public transport connections. This for bedroom 1 in the photos. All bills including council tax and wifi too, so all you pay is the rent. Its where I live but I have more rooms than I need. Everything works well and is looked after. I'm ideally looking for a professional (not undergrad student) lodger. Drop me a line if interested!
