Single room in 3 bedroom house near city centre

I have a large single room available now at £320pm, inclusive of Council Tax and Water. Electricity is extra, shared three ways (approx £15pw each). Wifi is £2.50pw each. The house is in a nice area in Preston City Centre, very close to County Hall, Railway Station, UCLAN etc.

This room is currently vacant. It includes a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, work desk, airing cupboard and bedside cabinet. You would have shared use of the lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a sunny back patio with table & chairs.

The double room is occupied by a single woman.

I use the small third room occasionally midweek and commute up to Cumbria at weekends. I am available for viewings by prior arrangement.

There is on street parking at the front but I would recommend that a bike is parked in the rear back yard. The gate can be locked and the back alleys also have locked gates at each end. There is a shed for push bike storage.
