Close to the town center and a few mins walk from the train station.
Bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.
I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.
Single occupancy only please. One person per room.
There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.
There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
We are an approved and accredited landlord with an HMO licence issued by Preston City Council.
