Each of the bedrooms comes with a full-size double bed, with an extra thick, quality mattress. Each room has its own workspace, with desk, which makes working from home easy and they all have a fridge-freezer, so no more missing milk!
This is in addition to the large, new kitchen, which has plenty of storage space, along with all the appliances, crockery, and utensils you would expect in a modern home.
There are three shower-rooms, with WC.
In the shared lounge there is a 49” smart TV for movie nights and a large dining table, with space for the whole household to enjoy meals together.
In the warmer months, you can enjoy a drink in the spacious, suntrap rear patio.

All bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi and there is not up-front deposit required, making life just that little bit easier for you.
