We now have two vacant rooms available in an established shared house in Ashton. This property has 6 bedrooms with 1 newly-refurbished bathroom, and there are currently four other people living in the property.

There is a kitchen/dining room, small back yard and a basement that can be used for bike storage etc.

This house also has washing facilities and all kitchen appliances. Communal areas are cleaned twice per month, included in the rent.

We have the following rooms available:

Room 5 - £420pm - Double
Room 6 - £375pm - Single
