I am currently looking for a house mate for a period of 3 month and then review based on personal circumstances.
Good decent house fully furnished and available from January 2027
The house is almost new and is kept tidy at all times so would suit someone who gives cleanliness extra emphasis and also its a very peaceful area so someone who has a busy life and needs someone to switch of as the neighbours are also excellent, if you drive there is on street parking most of the time.
There is two bathrooms in the house and so one will be yours private to you on shared agreement.
