We have one small single room in a house share near Lane Ends.

We also have 1 large double room available.

There is no minimum let term required.

The previous tenants stayed 4 years and have now vacated.

This is a great location, close to all amenities and good transport links.

This is not a party house and the current tenants are very easy going nice people.

There is a nice outdoor space for when the weather is better to enjoy.

These rooms very rarely become available.

One has a double bed in, the other does not, however this can be provided if necessary.

All bills are included including internet.
