This is a short term letting situation.
Ground floor - 1 toilet, open plan living/ dining, conservatory and kitchen. (And garage and garden, are they considered rooms?)
1st floor - Bathroom (bath/shower/toilet), 1 double bed, 1 master bed + 1 single room (used as a home office)
I thought it would be nice to have a roommate as a way to meet new people, be more social and... admittedly pay some of my bills!
Pets can be discussed, but not an outright 'okay'.
Smoking - as long as its not in the house, and ciggy butts are contained/ cleaned in a plant pot. (i've marked 'no' but again, depends on how the roommate treats it!)
Parking - I have my car on the drive, but at the end of the street is a semi private car park (its a cul de sac, so not much foot traffic. There are street lights in car park so feels very safe and secure)
