Single Room for Rent! (Availability TBC)

Lookin for a place to live in Preston (PR1)? Well we have a room that will soon be available!

A tenent is currently in the process of finding a place to move out to & is expecting to be out within the next 2 mobths, so, we're looking to move someone pleasent in to split the rent!

Split three ways the rent is £420 each, paid by the 27th of the month or sooner. This includes the Rent, Counsil Tax, Gas, Electric & the WiFi.

So let's get the part you're interested in out of the way, the room & house!

Room & House:
• It's a small single bedroom in a three bedroom house.
• The house has a spacious kitchen & living room, an upstairs bathroom (bath/shower) & a downstairs toilet, a Harry Potter cupboard, shed & attic space for shared storage.
• A decent backyard patio space with a soil plot of sorts, if plants & tending them is your tendancy!
• Part of a culdisac with parking spaces, though you may have to fight the neighbors for a spot.
• Across the street from a Bowling Alley, not far from numerous bus stops & for any Uni students reading this we're not far from Uclan University.
• Sky Full Fibre Wifi (Good stuff)
• You can smoke but that's to be done outside.
• Pets are allowed, though if you bring one in they remain primarily your responsibility. (We are cat enjoyers in this house but do note thst if you have an outdoorsy cat, the naighbors have some feisty dogs in their backyard.)

Now for the boring part, who you'll be living with!
We're two guys 27 & 28, we're same same, but different! Both taken & thus one of us is scarsely around as a result so the place is usually fairly quiet, but the vibe is all chill & banterous all the time anyway (& we'd prefer to maintain & add to that vibe so do bring it!)
Whether you're here longterm or temporarily, all we're really looking for is, first & foremost, someone who can reliably cover their third of the rent each month, other than that, someone pleasent, cleanly & responsible! We're each our own brand of misfit around here so don't worry about fitting in, we're quite welcoming!
