Room Available in Shared House

Hi, I’m currently sharing this house with my housemate who is moving out in late September, so I’m looking for someone to replace her :)
I know this ad is quite early, but would like to meet any prospective housemate for a coffee over the summer!

This is a 2 bed house, 1 bathroom, spacious kitchen & spacious living room.

Monthly rent for the house is £650 total plus bills, which are around £250-350 combined each month including council tax.
This makes the house pretty good value once split in half!

There may be the option to keep the bedroom furniture from my housemate who’s leaving, otherwise the bedroom is unfurnished.
The communal areas are furnished.

There is a back patio outside, and on street parking to the front.

I work full time in the office, remote and office workers are welcome! Full time employment is required by the agent I believe.

About me:
Work full time at the University, mostly in office.
Like to keep a tidy and clean space.
I love being out and about, walking, charity shopping, at the pub, at a gig, at a cafe, day tripping, running etc. I help to organise local women’s group Girls Who Walk Preston so will often be chatting about that!
Would love for us to hang out too :)
