3 Rooms Available in a Friendly House Share

Hi there,

I am a working professional living in Preston in a 4-bed property.

2 rooms are available straight away, and 1 room will be available from October 2026.

There are currently two of us living in the house — one Canadian and one Indian (myself). It’s a friendly, multicultural and welcoming home, so you’ll be living with people from different backgrounds. We’re easy-going and respectful of each other, and we’d love to find flatmates who are the same.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with the other housemates. We regularly keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. No smoking inside the house, but there is a quiet back space where you can relax.

The Bridge Inn bus stop is just a 5-minute walk, with buses linking to Preston City Centre.
Preston train station is around a 20-minute walk from the house.

All bills are included in the rent.
