Only £86 per week with bills included. Rooms are currently being advertised directly at £105 per week, so my existing rate is £19 per week cheaper — £969 less across the 51-week contract.

Leighton Hall is directly across the road from parts of the University of Lancashire Preston campus, making it very convenient for lectures and university facilities.

The 51-week contract means you also have the accommodation throughout the summer, which is ideal if you’re staying in Preston for work, placements, study or simply want accommodation secured for the full year.

I’m continuing at university but will be commuting this year, so I no longer need the room.

This is an official tenancy takeover through the accommodation provider, not an informal sublet. Everything will be transferred properly through the accommodation team.

The main advantage is that you would be taking over my existing £86/week rate rather than the current £105/week advertised rate, potentially saving £969 over the year.
