Double Room for Rent! (Available from end of Aug!)

Double Bed Bedroom available from then end of August! £400, bills included.

The Room:
Room is partially furnished with a double bed + mattress, end of bed cabinet & small bedside drawers.

The Tenants:
We're two brothers, Bradley & Jacob, aged 25 & 27. I'm brad, the eldest & the one you'll be interacting with most of the time! My brother Jacob is autistic & thus tends to keep to himself. The house generally a quiet environment & I for one while enjoying peace & quiet, am looking forward to having just that little bit of liveliness & interaction you're sure to bring!

The area:
We're pretty central, close to blackpool road & plenty of bus routes too & from town like the 23 & 44 etc. The Red Rose Bowling Alley sits right across the street with town centre & Uclan University not but a short jaunt down the road! We sit in a culdesac with dedicated parking spaces so, assuming the naighbors aren't nabbing them all up, if you drive you've a place to park!

Who we're looking for:
The standard of what you'd want from a housemate(s) really! Clean, tidy, chill, polite & able to pay your due! Anything else is just a bonus! If you like to keep to yourself, we got you, if you like a natter, I got you! If you like to game we got good internet! If you like to cook, the kitchen ain't tiny! Whether you're a proffesional or a studant or other, you'll be welcome enough here, provided you're not an A-hole. We welcome people of many backgrounds save for criminal backgrounds.

The house:
• Two bathrooms, one up one down. Bath/Shower upstairs.
• Attic, broom cupboard, landing cupboard & shed for storage.
• Spacious living room & kitchen.
• Backyard Patio.

What your rent goes towards:
Rent is £400 a month. We all put in give or take one third toward the total household costs which include:
Rent, Counsil Tax, Wifi, Gas, Electric & Water. The latter are metered so we pay for what we use.
You will cover your own food costs aswell as any other personal expenses. Though we all put in where needed for things like the bog role & cleaning untensils, cause everyone uses that!
Note: If you're a couple of pair of people intent on moving into the double bedroom, the rent is curtently calculated for 3 heads so a recalc may be inorder but we'll see how it pans out, if you're interested enough to move in that is!
