🍳 Large shared kitchen with 5 other tenants

🩺 Flat has 5 other occupants 4:1 male: female split, all studying healthcare related courses

• Quiet/study area 📚

• Plenty of space to chill with friends

• Free access to gym included

The flat is a great option for anyone looking for a social student environment while still having their own private ensuite bedroom.

💰 Current remaining rent:

• £1,848 due 04/01/2027

• £1,848 due 12/04/2027

🏠 Tenancy ends

• 02/07/2027

Management are very friendly and will likely alter payment dates to accommodate student loan payments

• 🔐 Security deposit is already covered.

I have already paid the first semester’s rent, and I’m willing to negotiate on the amount paid to make the transfer more appealing for the new tenant.
