The kitchen is new and comes with new appliances incl. dishwasher, Samsung washing machine and a tumble drier.

The property meets current safety standards with a heat alarm in the kitchen and mains operated fire alarms in every room. Rooms are also fitted with solid wood doors and exterior doors have thumb-turn lock (keyless exit).

Close to the University, train station, main bus route and town - a popular student area. There are plenty of local amenities with a corner shop for the essentials only 5 doors away.
